The staff were responsive and excellent, absolutely amazing hotel. Apartment was with a fridge, tea/coffee making equipment, and a dining area. The beds with feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows were good. Also, location was good, just a short walk away from an art museum.

Great spot, close enough to the center for walking. Our Double Room was comfy with clean sheets and a tidy bathroom. Plus, there's shampoo and a hairdryer. We did feel cold at first, but the owners cranked up the heating for us. The quiet atmosphere at night was a huge bonus.
